You can permanently delete your SugarSight account directly from the app.

Steps to Delete Your Account

• Open the SugarSight app
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

What Happens After Deletion?

Data Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• Your profile information will be permanently removed
• Health and glucose data will be deleted
• Linked account information and preferences will be erased

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained only when required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

Deletion Timeline

• Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
• During this period, recovery may not be possible after confirmation
