Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation and Return of Third-Party Products

 

This policy applies to the purchase and shipment of Third-Party Product from Abbott through the SugarSight app. Please note that, VTPL is not responsible for delivery of medications ordered through third party platforms that are integrated into our App/website. The terms of shipping and delivery listed below only apply to Third-Party Products 

 

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

  • Shipping Times: Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days after the order has been confirmed. 

 

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, as specified on the app at our discretion. 

 

  • Delivery: We use reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email or in-app notification once your order is shipped. 

 

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user. 

 

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at sugarsight@vtpl.tech  within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement. 

 

  • Liability and Warranty: In the event of any defect in the app, VTPL’s total liability shall be limited to a maximum of Rs.500. The warranty for any device purchased through the app shall commence from the date of the device activation and shal be applicable only if the device is purchased through the app. VTPL shall not be held liable for any devices purchased through other -party channels. 

 

RETURN/REPLACEMENT 

  • We offer replacement of the Third-Party Products, namely the Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) that are damaged during the transit and that are defective or not in working condition. 

 

  • Product purchased cannot be returned after purchase if the product is not faulty and there shall be no refund of any amount received for the product. 

 

  • Any request for replacement due to the reasons mentioned  above must be initiated by you in writing to our support team within 3 days of receiving the product. Any request beyond the written period will not be entertained. 

 

  • Replacement orders will be processed within seven working days after our support team validates the damage and confirms the eligibility for return through email or phone. 

 

  • The customer shall ensure that the products that qualify for replacement are unused, in their original condition as received by the customer along with the warranty card, invoice, packaging and user manual. The product must not be tampered, altered or modified.   

 

  • If any of the aforesaid conditions are not met, VTPL may at its sole discretion reject the request for replacement. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Orders for Third-Party Products once placed may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement by writing to sugarsight@vtpl.tech  with your order id and details of the transactions. 

 

  • Any cancelation request received after the aforesaid request will not be not considered by us. 

 

  • Refunds for cancelled order will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 working days from the date of receipt of a valid cancellation/refund request in accordance with the terms hereof. 

 

  • Refunds are subject to charges levied by banks. 

 

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. 

 

  • Auto generated invoice will be sent within 24 hours of order delivery.  

 

UPDATES 

  • VTPL reserves the right to update and modify the policy at any time. 

 

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our App/website  

 

  • You are requested to review the policy periodically. 

 

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

Any disputes arising in this policy shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Bengaluru.
